Etilena glikol (Nama IUPAC: 1,2-etanadiol) adalah senyawa organik yang digunakan sebagai bahan mentah dalam pembuatan fiber poliester, industri pabrik, serta polietilena tereftalat (PET) yang digunakan pada botol plastik. Sudah lama senyawa ini dipakai untuk bahan campuran pendingin mesin, karena titik bekunya sangat rendah dan titik didihnya lebih tinggi daripada air. Senyawa ini tak berwarna dan tak berbau.
